Residential Building

This bachelor paper focuses on the creation of project documentation for an apartment building in town of Hradec Králové. The apartment building consists of three above-ground floors and one underground floor. There is five housing units located on both the first and the second floor of the apartment building, three housing units on the third floor and two barrier-free flats, cellar berths and technical facilities of the building are located on the underground floor. The construction system is designed to be made out of brick system by Porotherm and is insulated using the ETICS system. The building is covered by single-layer roof. Project documentation also contains fire and safety solution and basic assessment from the view of construciton physics.
Small apartment house

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building in Holešov. The building plot is located in parts of the town of Holešov. The building is designed as suitable for accommodation and has three floors above ground and one underground. In the upper floors there are 8 residential units. In the underground floors there is a carriage house with a bicycle shed, a boiler room, a room for air conditioning, a storage room, a cleaning room and a cellar. The building is based on basic passports. The perimeter masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic blocks and the underground floors are made of lost formwork. The ceilings are made of ceiling panels. The floors are connected by a two-armed reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is saddle, double-skinned from trusses.
Multipurpose facility Bystřice pod Hostýnem

The aim of this diploma thesis is to project a polyfunctional building including a gym, fitness centre, bar and apartments. The plan is conducted in the form of project documentation, containing all the problems related with this issue. The building is located in the town, Bystřice pod Hostýnem. Considering the functionality, the construction is divided into two parts – southern and northern part. The south of the building is designated for accomodation situated on four floors. The north one, including three floors, is intended for the gym, fitness centre and bar. The terrain of building site slopes down to south-east. The construction will be built of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame construction RIEDER with block filling YTONG containing contact insulation system. The building is constructed with two flat single-shell roofs. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspect os polyfunctional house.
Pension in Beskydy

This diploma thesis describes the design and elaboration of project documentation for realisation of construction of building of Guest house in municipality Ostravice. The building is situated on parcel 649/13 - arable land, in cadastral area Ostravice-1. Guest house is primarily intended for temporary accommodation of tourists in Beskydy mountains. The part of the building is restaurant as well as wellness centre with fitness gym. The building is situated in partially urbanised section of municipality. The access from the local road to parcel n. 470/20 to the main entrance into building will be enabled by newly purpose-built road with turnaround for passenger vehicles. The design respects the local plan and does not deviate from the character of the surrounding built-up area. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor, which is situated only under a part of the building. Project documentation is elaborated in conformity with effective laws, public notices and standards. Building of guesthouse is designed as wall system, with brick supporting walls made out of gas-silicate blocks and sand-lime bricks. The guest house is covered by two flat roofs with different inclination and with different height of ridges. The façade consists of stucco and for the third above-ground floor the façade is made out of ventilated larch-wood panelling. The building is placed in flat terrain.

The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).

Bachelor’s thesis deals project of a single-family house. It is one-storey detached house with basement and attic, located on a plat 491/85 in village Kanice, near Brno. The building is bulit of fiber cement blocks IZOBLOK and partition bricks YTONG. Ceilings are made of panels SPIROLL. The object has gabled and shed roof with metal roofing. Openings are equipped wood doors and windows VEKRA. Basement is mostly technical and used for storage, in the first floor is located garage and common areas with access to a terrace, in the attic there are rooms and bedrooms.
Construction technological project of blocks of flat

The purpose of the dissertation is to develop selected parts of technologically – building project of residential houses in Rosice. The building will be used for living. The building has nine building sites, in the dissertation eight building sites are solved. Main building site SO 01 – Apartment house first and second is solved in detail. The dissertation includes a technical report about technologically-building project, the time and financial plan, a study of the realization of the main stage of its construction. The coordination of the building and site equipment including the principles of organisation building are solved graphically. The dissertation also includes a suggestion of the major building machine, plan of securing material source, technological regulations and the check and test plan for performing piles. A part of the dissertation is the budget of the building and safety risks on the building site and during performing piles.
Coworking office building

The aim of the thesis is to design a detached two-storey office building with green roof in Pardubice. The thesis has three parts. First part presents architectural and structural designs. The building has concrete strips. The vertical loadbearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks. The envelope wall is insulated with mineral wool ETICS. The horizontal structures are designed from the prestressed Spiroll floor panels. The floors are connected by prefabricated reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator. The walls around the elevator shaft are designed from reinforced concrete. The building is assessed in terms of thermal technical requirements, acoustics, daylighting and Energy Performance Certificate. The second part proposes the design of selected building services. This part includes the design of artificial lighting, rainwater management, the design of photovoltaics, heating, mechanical ventilation and cooling. The building is connected to local district heating grid. It is cooled by VRF units on the roof and ventilation units in individual rooms. There are 42 photovoltaic panels on the roof with east and west orientation. The third part assesses the life cycle assessment of the structures. In this part, six different compositions of floor structure are assessed. The best composition is used in the design of the building. The third part of the thesis deals with the life cycle assessment of the structure. In this part, six different compositions of flat vegetated roofs are assessed. These compositions differ from each other in the type of waterproofing material and the type of the gradient layer. A roof area of 1 m2 with a heat transfer coefficient of U = 0.148 W/ (m2.K) was chosen as the functional unit for the LCA. One Click LCA software was used in the calculations. A life cycle was created for each component, including the different phases and modules defined in EN 15978. The following programs were used for the thesis: AutoCAD 2022, ArchiCAD 25, Building Designe, Hluk +, FIRE–NX, DEKSOFT, One Click LCA, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
House with physiotherapy centre

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare the project documentation of a family house with a physiotherapy exercise room. The new building is situated in Horní Nové Ves, which is part of the town of Lázně Bělohrad and falls into the Jičín district. The cadastral territory of the object is Horní Nová Ves with parcel number 27/1. It is a two-story building with a partial basement. The building is divided into three parts. For the garage and physiotherapy exercise room, these parts are single storey and covered with a single skin flat roof. The residential part of the new building has two above-ground floors and is partly under the basement. Above the residential part, a structure made of lattice butted trusses is designed. The proposed building fulfills the function of permanent living and for exercising in the gym. The ground plan shape of the building is regular, the main residential part is rectangular and the wings that adjoin the residential part are also rectangular. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures in the above-ground parts are made of masonry elements made of brick fittings, and the underground vertical load-bearing structures are made of concrete blocks, which are reinforced with reinforced concrete. The staircase is monolithic, with a connection to the beam and the perimeter wall. The horizontal construction system is designed from prefabricated Spiroll prestressed ceiling panels. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system.
